We took our Scion XB into Tharp' s first thing ( 7:45 a.m. ) this morning...We were experiencing some terrible issues that other Auto shops did not want to deal with...The other place put our car back together (incorrectly and misdiagnosed) and sent us on our way...This is our Company vehicle!!! The owner spoke with my husband ( he listened to my husband ) and told him what he could do for us...Within a few hours he called to let Us know what the issue was and quoted a price (that did not change at payment time).We arrived to find Our vehicle running better than the day we bought it!!! This company has my trust and all of my future business along with Our families business...I am telling EVERYONE about this place.. Pricing was on point!!!
Great customer service. My daughter had a blow out and actually is do for new tires soon, so I just wanted a use one for now. Was informed they don't do used tires and was more than happy to point me in the right direction for them, not thinking about trying to sell me a tire from there. So I asked if he had anything resonable and found me a good tire for a great price. Will be going back soon for other 3 for sure. Definitely recommend them.
Absolutely Wonderful Place! Worked with me to work around my busy schedule to get my break lights working again. Knew exactly what the issue was when I explained I've already replace the bulbs and fuses. In and Out within Minutes.

I called a few different places to have my Jeep looked at and was told I had to go to the dealership to get the Transmission Control Module replaced on it. The dealership wanted to keep my car for up to a week and charge me up to $1200 to replace the part. I called Tharp's and they looked at my car and said they could replace the TCM no problem, they had the computer to program it. They ordered the part on Thursday and had it Friday morning. I dropped my car off on Friday at about 11:00 and they had it done and fixed by 3:00, in time for my wife to go to work at 4:00! Outstanding job, very professional and they did it for a few hundred bucks less than the dealership could do it! I would recommend Tharp's to anybody!
Have been going here for years and so has my whole family. They take good care of you and are very personable. Never had an issue with my vehicle or been told to do a repair I didn't need. All work is also guaranteed so if there is a screw up (highly unlikely) they will correct it at no additional charge. I also get my tires here because with the guarantee they patch any fixable hole free that isn't in the sidewall. Highly recommended.
