I went to Larry's because I was looking for a new local mechanic that was trustworthy. Immediately, I was very impressed with Larry, he seemed to be very open and honest about my vehicle. After my first experience I was happy to make Larry my go-to guy. Since then I've been back twice, my wife had to go back for a brake caliper issue and I took the same vehicle back for a broken window motor. Both times, Larry was very accommodating to both me and my wife and everything was fixed the same day. After reading some of the reviews a lot of people say it can take a while, but if you ever look in his parking lot you'll see how many customers and cars he's working with. To me, that says a lot in and of itself. I'm happy to wait a little longer to get the job done right. One of the things I like the most about Larry's, is he offers a year-long warranty on parts and labor. If you're looking for someone trustworthy I highly recommend Larry, the staff seems very nice and most of the time you're dealing with Larry himself. As far as I'm concerned I'm a customer for life, a satisfied customer.
I'm sorry to inform those who relied on my previous review, Larry is no longer viewed as a competent, sane, and honest individual. He actually did about everything "crooked" a repair shop could do. He did not fill out paperwork to be signed as required by law. He did not do repairs properly or promptly; he tried to overcharge me well after I had paid him the original amount agreed upon, (reason for paperwork being done). He chased my car down the road in a car potentially injuring me and others on the road; YES, AN ACTUAL CAR CHASE FROM HIS BUSINESS. He kept my key, costing me $200 to obtain a new one. He will say, I did not pay him; I paid him much more than he was worth, when he tried to charge me more when I picked up the car. I knew it was coming.....Do not under any circumstances do business with this auto shop. YOU"VE BEEN WARNED.
Awful... put wrong parts on car and took good parts and replaced with junk yard parts come see my car and see yourself. He used to be good 5years ago but now no way would he ever touch my car again
We had to get a tire patched and we were there a total of 20 minutes!!!! In and out. When we called they gave us directions and were very nice!!! I highly recommend them!!!
Larry's Mobile Auto Repair is FANTASTIC. I strongly recommend you this auto repair shop. Larry's team of mechanics are professional, friendly, and most importantly, passionate and enthusiastic about their work. Before them I tried a few shops and I found Larry's Mobile Auto Repair the best.
