So if you are for say "QUOTED" $45 --- shouldn't it be $45. + tax NOT $195 and i can't write a receipt or i will have to tax you --- BEFORE you can take possession of you vehicle??? Hmmm? Anyone know of a good, honest mechanic shop for future repairs???
