I wish there was an option to not give any stars! Do NOT take your vehicle to this establishment. They not only did not fix my vehicle, they charged me for services that they did not complete up to standards that any normal mechanic would. They rigged my vehicle, and then when I took it back in to have them fix the same problem, they told me it was now a different problem, and they would not be responsible. Not only that, but they apparently left the windows down in my vehicle, and one or more of the many cats on the property apparently lived in my vehicle, leaving cat hair, vomit and fecal matter throughout my vehicle. When I mentioned it to Bob he just laughed and said oh really. Do not trust this shop to fix your vehicle. They will just take your money.
I have been a customer of Bob's for over 2 years now and I COULD NOT BE MoRE SaTISFIED!!!! They treat me like family and I recommend them to Everyone! They have all gone out of their way numerous times to help make sure I leave safe and satisfied!
They will rip you off and will try to convince you that they are helping. Bob is a con artist.
