Edit: changed to 2 stars solely on the fact that the flowers did get delivered. Though they went to the wrong place and at the wrong time....even though times were given on order instructions.
We had a memorial reception for my Father-in-Law yesterday. We asked The Enchanted Florist if they could make a floral arrangement out of a navy and air force emblems that we printed out. She took the job and our $180.00 and agreed to deliver the arrangements. On the day of the reception she calls 30 minutes after the scheduled drop off time, asking when we were going to pick up. She acted like this was news to her even though we confirmed a day later after the purchase when we dropped off the easels. She did end up delivering after we insisted she was supposed to deliver. Luckily I wasn't there when she dropped them off and the grieving widow took the box without looking at the arrangement, because I wouldn't have accepted them. They were so unprofessional!! A six year old can do better!!
My boyfriend ordered 2 weeks in advance for Valentine's day. The flowers were supposed to be delivered at noon. They weren't. No big deal it was Valentine's day and we know that's a busy day. My flowers arrived around 7 pm and I have to say they were pretty pathetic. He paid a lot of money for them to arrive in such horrible condition. You could tell they had been in a car all day, not to mention they werent even filled out or arranged nicely. I never complain about things but, this was ridiculous.
I'm unsure how this business operates if they don't answer the phone. The online order was very easy to do, but now that I need them to change the address they aren't answering their phone. PLEASE hire a receptionist to answer your phone calls. This is very ridiculous.
Ordered flowers through their website for my wife for Valentines day on Feb 10, to be delivered to her work. Found out the night of Feb 13 that she would not be working on Feb 14. Called first thing in the morning to change the delivery address, got voicemail. Left a message and never heard from them. Called 3 more times throughout the day (and texted in case it was a cell phone) and no one ever answered the phone. I have yet to receive a call back either. Extremely disappointed with this place right now. I will be using a new florist from now on.
I walked in on a Friday, needing flowers for my wedding on Tuesday. Ivonne went above and beyond to make our flowers perfect with such short notice. She was the nicest person in the world to us, and her arrangements came out beautiful! She even gave us a throw away bouquet for the flower toss which we never even ordered. I couldn't have been happier with her! I'm grateful for how beautiful her flowers accented our special day! I would most definitely refer others to her and go back for myself!
