I stopped in at 5:30 on a Friday afternoon. I didn't call ahead, as it was a last minute stop as I had just found out my wife was pregnant. I walked in and he was personable and friendly. He was able to offer to put together my request in just 30 minutes, as he had another order he was finishing.

I ordered flowers for my wife 67th birthday and she would like to have carnations. When the order arrived it looked like it was for a funeral along with half dead flowers. Not a carnation in the bunch but had sunflowers and other fall flowers.My wife thought the arrangement was a joke , since being a year older . Ruined that surprise. Never again
I returned thirty minutes later to find exactly what I had asked for, 3 dozen beautiful snapdragons. They were gorgeous, soft, fresh long stem closed blossom flowers waiting to bloom. I could tell that they were fresh. He had taken the time to wrap them very gently and adorn them with a nice ribbon, and even gave me a small discount.
