I just called to place an order and the girl that answered was extremely rude she couldn't find any of the bouquets I was mentioning and when I said 'okay this is my last choice and if not I'll have to go with 1800 Flowers' she said " They will still come to us and we will redirect if to someone else" So when I asked her to look for the last choice of bouquet I wanted she sarcastically said " I thought you already gave me your last choice" SHE WAS SUPER RUDE,she must hate her job,they didn't have any flowers in stock pretty much and she sounded relieved that she didn't have to take my order or that she didn't have to work. If an owner is reading this please just keep her in the back working on the bouquets and if you were an owner that's why your business will never be like 1-800 flowers because of you being rude and don't treating your customers correctly!!!!!!!!!!
We had a GREAT experience working with Ahna for our wedding day flowers. She worked with well within our budget and did a great job bringing my vision of my wedding day bouquet to life. She even did a great job incorporating an old vintage button from my mother's wedding dress on my bouquet.

4 out of 5, very welcoming atmosphere. Only reason I took a star is the prices! Really expensive, but, well worth the money for the attention to detail and care put into your order. I highly recommend this store for your special needs. Stray away if you're only thinking of getting a quick cheap half-ass bouquet.
