I give 5 stars to Dr. and 1 star to office staff. Staff has made several mistakes from messing up prescription refills to rescheduling appointments when never requested. The pharmacy employees said his staff make mistakes on a regular basis. Dr. Garcia has helped me a lot and grateful for that. I just wish his staff paid more attention to detail.
I personally haven't met Dr. Garcia myself. However, I do see a nurse practitioner in the same vicinity/office. It's quick and there's not much waiting at all, at least from all the times I've been there so far (at other places you wait 30 min-1 hr before being seen, but that's not the case here). They're efficient, and they have people who can answer your questions, even if you don't speak to the doctor themselves. They are able to do a lot right there at the office, and don't always have to refer you other places. The people working up front are also very friendly, at least from my experiences, and I have no complaints.
I have to say how truly impressed I am with Dr. Garcia and his staff! I can't believe how fast I'm seen every time I go in and just how truly helpful he is. He actually listens and cares about his patients. Seriously the best doctor I have ever been to. Would recommend him to everyone I know! He definitely deserves more stars then this for sure.
Dr. Garcia is the best doctor I have ever been to. He genuinely cares about his patients and is very through in his medical evaluations. Dr. Garcia has great bed side manner and is always willing to do whatever it takes to make sure his patients are well taken care of. His office staff are both friendly and efficient. This is a great qualified team and I am thankful to have found them!
Dr. Garcia is fantastic. No comparison. The office staff, however... I have never received a bill in the mail from them, despite ensuring my address on file is correct. So, the first time I went, the bill was eventually sent to collections, because they never called me, and I never got anything in the mail. After that first time, I started asking them, at least once a month, if I owe anything, and every time the answer is no. Now, magically, something else has been sent to collections. I'm trying to buy a house and this bullcrap is ruining my credit. If Dr. Garcia was on his own, and not with this staff, I would highly, highly recommend. However, as it is, I simply cannot.
