Not sure how much of a brain you need to understand that. I think the only people with focus and memory is Dr Weiss and his staff. I would recommend finding an alternative to this Doctor, just as I am going to and move my records to them, if one is available. I sure hope hes not the only one in network. After I get my prescription I am going to file a complaint with my insurance or the state medical board, as I am pretty sure the insurance company and the state requires standards of care for practitioners just like architects are held to. It would be nice if these doctors were accountable to their patience. Im betting none of this will improve their service, as I have a vote if no confidence.
I have been very greatful to find Monica Wise, ARNP at Weiss and Newberry. She has a wonderful bedside manner and is hardly ever running behind. She truly and for genuinely really seems to care. Thankfully she is not as over worked as the nuerodoctors. Whom unfortunately for them are over worked and generally running at least an hour behind. Only because they are the best at what they do and they only that specialize in a lot of the diseases and disorders that we are there for in this area. Unfortunately when you want and get the best of the best, your not the only one with that on there mind. Overall, I am satisfied with my experience there. I just prefer to see the ARNP TO MAKE EVERYONE'S LIFE EASIER.

Dr Weiss cares enough to take his time with his patients, and with me he goes over everything with my health. Dr. Weiss, nurse Lana, nurse wise and the rest of the amazing staff have been helping me every step of the way since I was diagnosed in 2013 with Multiple Sclerosis.. Yes sometimes you might have to wait a little but it's all worth it at the end of the day. You are treated with kindness and respect and understanding. I wouldn't change my doctor or nurse practitioner for anyone else!
I have seen Dr Weiss for a couple of years now for memory and focus. They have me on Adderoll which really helps with my focus. When i moved from Satellite beach to Cocoa back in March i told them my address. They never updated it and continued to send my prescriptions to the Desoto CVS in Satellite Beach until June, an hour and a half round trip. I even talked to CVS in Sat Beach and asked them to reject the prescription and send it to the CVS in Cocoa. They couldnt do that. Dr Weiss' office cant seem to get this simple thing right. So I switched to Sams club, thinking a diffrrent orovider would force an address update and get things right, WRONG. But when I called I couldnt pick it up because they still have my wrong address and didnt match the one on my license. After 5 times getting this wrong, the nurse said if CVS didnt get it right she would hand deliver it to me personally. They didnt. I seriously doubt they could find mt house, as i bet theyd drive to Satellite Beach. And now CVS on 524 in Cocoa said they dont have a prescription from Dr Weiss, which the nurse said she would do Friday. I am not sure how they stay in business and judging by the comments I am not the only one. Online ratings like this are the only weapon consumers have against a lack quality care or customer service. But in the medical industry in a small town, they may be the only doctor to use.

I am surprised that no one mentioned how long you have to wait in the waiting room. I went to Dr. Weiss because he used to work for Mayo Clinic, which is a reputable clinic. The first visit was okey, but the second app. It's a mid morning app. I waited 3 hours for the appointment without explanation. When the dr. shaked my hand, his hand was ice cold. I wonder about his health. Beside, he sent me to far away Malabar, which he owns the MRI testing center, for MRI.
