Nick and Matteen were and are ex employees who could't handle their job responsibilities. It just goes to show you how immature they are to leave a bad review because they weren't saying these things when they came to get their last check. Funny how the internet can lead you to believe everything you read or even allow you to talk without zero evidence.
I am very unhappy with this company. I would choose someone else. Very expensive mistake on my part. Hough replaced my roof that was not leaking, I only got a new one cause mine was so old I had trouble getting insurance coverage. For the last three years during big rains, the new roof leaks. In 2016, I started calling in May, someone came in October, did something up on the roof and told me to let him know if it leaks. He also mentioned a flaw in the tiles and that the roofing tile company (Corning) was not honoring the warranty. Since i had the extra underlayment put on I would think that would have still stopped the rain from leaking into my house. There was no real rain to speak of until early June of 2017. The leaking began. I called 6/6, 6/7, 6/9, 6/13, 6/16 and 6/27. All on deaf ears, not one return call, never mind a visit. I have concerns about black mold that, for all I know, is growing in my attic. I am now searching for a company that fixes the faulty roofs that this company installs.
This company installed my screen porch years ago. Have not had one problem with installation or installers.
Wow, I am surprised to see others with a different experience. I had a small shingle roof re-roofed and have not had problems for over 18 months. Calling them again to do another rental.
Dude shows up looks at ceiling gets on roof then tells the renter that he needs to get in the Attic to find the leak. Last I knew that's the roofers problem. Would never recommend this company to anyone. Worst roofing company I ever came in contact with
