I get my shipments always held at the customer center cause I get off work late and I usually swing by in my lunch hour to pick my packages up and I'm in and out in an average of 10 minutes, never issues and they are always helpful
No complaints, works smoothly. When shipping things out, you go to a PC and fill in all of the shipping details including from and to addresses. They then print a label with the information on it so don't worry about writing on the box before getting there. As other reviews have said, it is a small room with one worker so the lines can take some time, but overall I prefer shipping here versus at a UPS store or a Staples.

Ups sux. My package been sitting in orlando and i call them and they said its gonna be 3 more days. Its only an hour away. Fed ex is the best. Ups is garbage
I pick-up my packages regularly there. They know me and usually know how many packes I have to pick-up before I tell them.
