Its disgusting how they treat people. They don't answer the phone and then steal you stuff and your family'a stuff when they feel like it.
This is the dumpiest most run down plaza in all of Palm Bay! What a disgrace what is has become. It was once so nice, full of stores and restaurants, now it looks like the ghetto.
I needed a van to get plywood for hurricane shutters. I got there at 6:50 pm. The unpleasant clerk told me that they don't rent after 6:45. No consideration for my problem or the genuine danger my house was in. These folks don't care at all for their customers. Deal with them at your own risk.
Would be great to give negative stars they will never have our business again. Not only did they say our reservation was moved to a different store, we waited in line for over 40 minutes. When we arrived at the said place with our "reservation" we found out the reservation was still at this location. We were the 3rd customer sent to the other store with same reason.. Absolute worst service ever, don't waste your time or money.
Slow slow service. Products well organized but not staff and Work flow. Plan on spending on hour here...just to buy boxes!
