This is not the first time renting storage units from Extra Space Storage on Malabar Rd. Palm Bay Florida. Therfore I must tell you how ABSOLUTELY AMAZING THEY ARE.
Used Extra Space for about 8 months and it was a great experience! The entire staff wss very accommodating...If I have storage needs in the future, I will return to this place.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. I've started with a small unit and upgraded to a larger unit with no issues and today picked up a second unit. I highly recommend this storage facility as they always have enough variety of units to accommodate your needs. Reasonable prices too!
The staff at extra space storage went out of their way to help me a college student get the best price. I was in a rush to leave the state to make it to my grandfathers funeral in Michigan and I could not leave all my stuff in my dorm. They lent me tools to break down some of my equipment so that my things could fit in a smaller unit saving my hundreds of dollars over the summer. They were extremely helpful and the unit was very affordable. I will not store my possessions anywhere else. See ya next summer!
Called the corporate number looking for a unit to store my truck pending Hurricane Irma, spoke with James who was a great help. He was able to find me a unit(the last unit) within 3 minutes of my house. I got there 30 minutes before closing and Cindy Coon was so helpful and pleasant and she went to the extreme to squeeze herself into the unit along with my truck to ensure it fit. She stayed after quitting time to finish my request and did so with a smile. Very pleased with the service I received.
You need to store your belongings---NOW YOU KNOW THE PERFECT PLACE.
Both RONDA & CINDY WITHOUT DOUBT MADE ME FEEL LIKE FAMILY. Never once did I ever call/enter the office or meet them on the storage grounds without THEIR SMILES and INCREDIBLE SERVICE.
