Ordered a pizza on Xmas Eve at about 630pm. I assumed the store was busy so I called at 748pm to verify that the order was still in progress and was assured it was on its way...... Next thing I know is that it's 922pm and we have not received our pizzas and have no way to call as they closed at 8pm. Called today to ask what happened and was told that they didn't know. Lady I spoke with refunded my money and didn't empathize with our situation whatsoever. Never again!!
HORRIBLE PLACEEEEE!!!! I ordered a pizza for one of my clients and the manager TOLD ME that I did NOT place an order, when I have VALID proof that I made the order. Because i CANNOT identify a team member at their place of business by NAME )when they never said it on the phone in the first place) I have to buy and order an ENTIRE new pizza!! Never again. I will not be calling or recommending you to anybody. The manager was RUDE and would not even hear me out . I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! FYI
Ordered 2 pizzas, breadsticks, and a 2 liter. Start pouring the 2-liter and it's hot. Not slightly hot with perspiration since it was just cold, HOT. called the location to see if they refrigerate their sofas (because of not what's really the point on ordering them, right?) explained the situation and the gentleman on the phone hung up on me. That's was very nice of them. I'll go back to ordering from another pizza place. Not a fan of them anyway ever since I saw the driver in the old red truck drag racing thru the light in bayside lakes while on duty, but I figured since my husband likes them to order from them tonight. NEVER AGAIN. jerks.
No matter what time they quote you on a delivery the pizza is always hot! Order from them weekly!
Pizza is always fresh, hot and accurate. Delivery drivers have always been prompt and courteous. When you call, you must ask for a deal, because sometimes you aren't offered the best one. But once you know that you can always get a good deal on yummy pizza. Their app has a rewards feature that if you purchase online or by the app you can get points to earn free pizza and other items. I personally like the toppings because they are always fresh tasting.
