Took them far too long to get our water turned on after we went four days without due to a processing error but the customer service representatives were polite
The few interactions I've had with their customer service reps have been mostly disappointing. My hope is that the city will teach their reps so customer service skills as this reflects poorly on the city as a whole, especially new home buyers to the area.
I agree with the other customer. You would think they are paying our bills from their own pocket, not us. They need some training in customer relation.
