Wish I could give it -10 stars. Took my daughter in for a "long high low bob that touched her shoulders in the back" and the first cut the woman made was at the base of her skull. If it had been a language barrier it would have been one thing (the woman barely spoke english) but I specifically brought in a picture of EXACTLY what I wanted and showed it to her, pointing to exactly where I wanted her to pay attention to and she did whatever the hell she wanted anyway. Then didn't even bother to blend the high-low, just left it 2 blunt layers. When I tried to point it out she just kept cutting the back shorter and shorter. Finally I have up and will have to take my daughter elsewhere to get it fixed. Absolutely horrible. Never again.
