We were looking at a Durango. We wanted to trade in our Toyota Corolla S. He said we had to sign over the car to him and put 500 dollars down. The bank did not approve us because the Durango's speedometer was broken. Not only that the check engine light was on. The car would stall out at ever stop you made. He then tried another bank which would not approve us either. Due to him trying to sell a suv which was not safe to drive.
i called them back and all they told me was sorry we didnt know any that was there sorry nothing we can do you sign as is
The sales part was great. I just hate the car now. Ive had it just over 6 months and I constantly have little things going wrong. But that is probably more of a Chevy issue than a dealer issue.
I bought the truck there and 2 hurs later the engine light was on and 6 hurs later the break light fall off.
After all this. He took the Durango back. Rich said we had to give him 1000 for the title to our Corrolla back and would not get out down payment back. We spent so much money on the Durango we didn't have 1000. So, he came to our home and took 1000 worth of personal belongs. He said we had to make four payments or have 1000 by the 24. The 22nd he had repo our car. Kept the 500 dollars and won't let us have our 1000 worth of personal belongs.
We have talked with lawyer and many people. What he did was illegal !!!! Rich is a CROOK and a LAIR.
Sold me a POS. Never detailed it. Transmission went 2 months after purchase. The vehicle had 4 different size tires on it which ruined all kinds of things. Brakes went in 2 weeks. No owners manual. I'd idvise not purchasing a vehicle from them EVER.
OH AND THEY LIED ON ALL THE PAPERWORK.
