Run from this place before it is too late. Trust me dont even consider stoping on this lot. If they could hold a gun to you head in order to take your money they would. Since they are not able to they use lies. Regular common criminals. Run Run Run!
Terrible business. I haven't even had my car 2 months and I already had to get work done to it. Pat was very unhelpful and didn't even care that I was having issues. He told me to call the bank and have them deal with it. He seemed cool before I drove the car off the lot, but everytime I tried to talk to him about my car after the deal was finished he gave me the cold shoulder. He is a snake in the grass. DO NOT BUY FROM THE CAR CONNECTION.
STAY AWAY !!! DONT BUY A CAR HERE. The owner Pat will take advantage of you, rob you blind, and make it seem as if he's doing You the customer "a favor". He does crooked business, he will falsify information to the bank just to sell you a car, that isn't worth the finance price. My car needed work he promised me his amateur mechanic would fix it. Everytime I go there, the mechanic is never available. Total repair from Volkswagen is going to cost $2500. Not to mention he's rude left a voicemail on my phone stating "we're going to have a problem". I wish I'd never given this trash lot of a dealership my HARD EARNED CASH.
This place is extremely crooked. I bought a car from here and before I pulled out of the car lot the sun roof of my car stopped working. I told them about before I left. They told me they would handle it the next day and never did. I have a warranty that they are not honoring. Ive been trying to get this fixed for the last 3 weeks. Please stay away from this place
This place sold me a car on 1-29-2017 knowing that it was in a bad car crash the same year it was brand new in 2013. Pat did not disclose this information even when I asked had the car been in a wreck...he just told me it was a used car and it's going to have Dents & Dings in it. Well,when the car was recently involved in a car crash while my mom was driving,my suspicion was revealed when all of the previous damage was discovered and the car should not even be on the road with the kind of damage that the ford dealership discovered that was from a previous accident..After calling Pat about discovery of this prior damage,only then is when he told me the date of that previous accident which meant he knew all along and withheld that potentially deadly info just so he could make the sale... No reputable insurance company fixed this car because sunrise ford found no record of an insurance claim being made on this car from that 2013 crash.. Now I'm forced to report this to the state because both the finance company (Westlake finacial) and the car dealership is not working with me.My mom could have been killed if she were hit directly in the front of the car instead of on the front side because this scumbag car salesman sells dangerous cars..then he has the nerve to want me to do a whole new finance qualification to get me in another car and out of this death trap that has no front reinforcement due to it being split in half from the hidden accident...And of course he will sell this deathtrap to someone else and hide the damage of course... Do not buy cars from this crook!!....he is cold hearted and ruthless...money over everything including someone else's life is how he lives....im aiming to shut him down asap so no one else is put at risk...
