Rushed from work to make sure I made a deposit before it closed. I made it with 10 mins to spare and the Green light still on but there were two cars ahead of me in the drive thru. The light turned red before the car ahead of me drove up to the window but they still helped him. When one drove up, I was turned away being told the bank was closed even when I made it on time. I was furious. Maybe they would've actually gotten to me if they didn't take forever for each client. Each time I go, a simple deposit takes at least ten minutes. That's just ridiculous. Whenever I go to BoA, they take two...tops!
Do not get a student loan from these people it will be a huge mistake. I got a loan in 2011 for $3400 have made every payment and now I owe $3700
It is a very busy branch but the staff is very polite, so the wait is less painful. The parking lot is a bit cramped if you wish to park close to the door but there is ample parking.There are two ATM machines in front but not in drive thru.ma

Good service and helpful staff. Full service bank. Moderate wait on some days. Cramped parking lot. Fair product costs. Had an issue with free checking that I was charged a service fee until my wife and I had to spend an afternoon getting it fixed. They returned the service fees.
