45 minutes waiting in a drive thru with only 2 lanes open (1 business and 1 general) with one teller running both. Really? On a Friday? I couldn't even get out of the lane with the "traffic jam" of cars. Tried to call the bank manager while I was sitting there-no one answered "all were busy" according to the recording. Imagine that...hmmm...never again!
Completely unacceptable.every time I come here the line is out the door and they only have one teller working.they have a lady walking up and down the line asking if she can do anything to help but won't go behind the desk and do anything.this place is a joke.be prepared to spend an hour in line.this bank needs to be closed or sold to a new owner.people need to boycott this place. ...
Worst service ever!!!!! 0 stars I have my accounts with TD bank and I don't usually wait more than a couple minutes. Mortgage is sadly with BOA P.S had to give it at least 1 star to be able to post. My real feeling is 0 stars!!!

the Tellers are slow. The bank Manager is the worst who is aggressive and very inconsiderate to customers. I closed my account.
