I completed a change of address 6 weeks ago, went back to the old address to pickup mail in the office last week. Yes, I did receive the confirmation code and letter but apparently it has not been shared with my Palm Bay PO.
I never write reviews on anything, but I really felt the need to write this one. Today I called this postal office to ask and see if I was able to pick up my package instead of them being shipped (My wedding pictures) but I was told very politely by (Jason? I think was his name) that I was unable to because of the way they came in, and that I could come tomorrow morning and he would make a note for me. I let him know that was fine and that I was just up the street from there. Less than an hour later, he personally delivered my package to me at work. This was completely unexpected and so kind of him. Now I have my wedding pictures earlier than expected and personally delivered. THANK YOU!!! He deserves a raise.
They mail person who delivers to the palms condominium is a total moron. I have to call usps wait on hold for an hour at LEAST once a week. The guy cannot place the correct mail in the correct mailbox to save his life. After numerous complaints i have no other choice but to take matters into my own hands.
Misplaced so many packages. Has delivered mail to previous tenant including my W2, and car title. Unprofessional.
If I could give zero stars I would.... I live in a apartment and once again my lazy mail carrier instead of walking to my door and knocking just leaves the certified slip in my mailbox stating sorry I missed you BS!!!! When I have been home all day waiting on it.... When I call the location of course once again I get some BS excuse for the lazy carrier.... Have to love the postoffice....
