I think the big store pharmacies could take some lessons from this company on how to treat people.
I have bought several prescriptions in the past from here and found this place to be friendly and good pricing. However, today I called for a price quote for a total of 15 buprenorphine 8 mg (sublingual) and was quoted for a grand total of $144.00 to which i exclaimed absolutely not!! No way should this be the cost. The woman placed me on hold and came back with a price change. New cost amount is $52.50. Im unsure how this price changed so radically but it has now placed concern in my mind as to how many other prices are created in such a manor. Just a patient that is surely concerned on this practice
I have my meds delivered right to my door by Kirby. He always calls before coming and is such a super nice man. It's nice to have the same person each time that you can count on and trust.
I have been using Malabar Discount Pharmacy for a few years and I think they are great. The staff are always so polite, professional and such a pleasure to deal with.
Competitive prices and good service. Malabar Rd location has expanded a lot in the last couple of years. They seem to serve a lot of customers. Note that this is mostly a pharmacy rather than mostly a convenience store with a small pharmacy alttached.
Great staff & clean store. Helpful info. One hr refills. Walmart took 3 days. So glad to have switched. Highly recommend.
Their customer service is OUTSTANDING! I've been using them since I moved here year's ago and wouldn't go back to a 'retail pharmacy' if I had to. They deliver and go out of their way to accommodate you, always!
