Good price. Enough theaters for a reasonable number of showings per movie. Very clean. Comfortable seating. Affordable food. The biggest knock I have against this theater is the sound systems...my own home theater has better sound!

Google map shows it as closed permanently, but they have reopened as of Feb. 2015. Really nice, clean theater for $2 per movie. They have a good concession (prices are the same as any other theater though with 800% markup on concession items). But they have a good selection of movies, so if you're not in a huge hurry to see something, it's definitely worth waiting to watch it here!

I've been to this theater many times with my family and always loved it but tonight was absolutely horrifying. My fiance and I were seated 3 rows in front of a couple that were talking non stop so I asked them politely to "please be more quiet everyone can here you" and they started yelling at us that they weren't saying anything etc. 15 minutes into the movie we couldn't stand it anymore and left to the lobby to find a manager and ask for a refund. He told one employee to go find the loud couple and remove them from the theater. When the couple came out the manager instantly told them sorry and told us to leave with no refund and that we should have "moved to a different seat" instead of complaining. We told him that made no sense and we just wanted our $4 back but the loud couple started yelling at us in the middle of lobby, telling my fiance to hit him so he could beat him up and the female telling me what a "rude b***h" and "disrespectful as****le" I was being. All we wanted was our money back for not being able to enjoy the movie, no conflict and we were fine just going home. The manager just laughed with them as they yelled at us and told us to get out. There was absolutely no reason for the hostility and I will never go back to this theater if management treats loyal customers like this over their "buddies".

For being a cheap movie theater, you have to take a loan out from a bank just for the consessions. For 2 people: 2 tickets, 2 lrg drinks, xl popcorn, and lrg candy....almost $30! Really? Overall...I would still come back.

The Palm Bay Dollar Movie Theater is by far the WORST movie theater I have ever been to in my 21 years of existence. Upon first entering the theater you soon realize that you pay for the quality and this place definitely looked like it was a dollar theater. Upon entering the actual theater the seats are mildly comfortable however, the arm rest cushions are upside down and the cup holders are very shallow and unsecured. But the real kicker as to why this movie theater is no better than a dirty bar is the management. As I was watching a movie out on a date with my fiancé a very boisterous group of people were being extremely disruptive. When I asked them to let everyone else enjoy the movie they quickly became hostile with threats of physical violence. I went to the manager to explain the situation and have the people removed so I can enjoy my movie. They went into the theater with me and I pointed the couple out. The manager asked the couple to keep it down for people to watch the movie. They immediately retorted with more threats of hostility and claims of racism though both my fiancé, I, and the other people were all Hispanic. The people began to follow us into the lobby whilst cursing at us and threatening to “Kick our ass” or “Knock me out”, the manager said nothing to the people. When I asked the manager to refund us our money (4 measly dollars) we were denied our refund and told us to “get out” though my fiancé and I returned no comments about any form of physical violence yet we were the ones that were kicked out. By far the worst movie theater I have ever attended and quite frankly I would rather watch a movie on a dirty couch in an alley because surely it would have a much nicer atmosphere then in this theater.
