store hours posted as close at 8 pm. Here at 7 pm, store closed, called on phone, no answer. What gives guys. Myself and 5 other potential customers, not happy. Pleasupdate update
HF specializes in cheap, imported tools. Some are okay, but some are underpowered or not durable enough for normal use. With that said, if you shop carefully, you may find a tool you need for less than regular stores. Note that the tools from "regular" stores are often imports, too; not all imports are poor values.
Love this place. Friendly and helpful staff. Most items are cheap- if you're a professional who will use tools everyday they might not be for you but for my light usage they work perfectly.
They also allow dogs in the store!!! ❤
One of my favorite stores. Yes, some of the stuff is "cheap".... ya just have to be smart about what your buying!
Love this store. Did a return and I could not pull up my receipt on my own. Thalia was able to pull it with my phone number and item number and was able to process my return quickly... which I was promptly able to use to spend more money at this store.... Will be back... of course.
