This place is amazing!! The front desk staff are always nice and make me and my family feel so warm and welcome! Dr. Gonzalez and her team in the back are also sweet and knowledgeable they know there stuff!! I would def go back to this place and tell all my family and friends!!
RIP OFF RIP OFF RIP OFF. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I did not want to believe the other bad reviews about this place, so I went there to see for myself. I should've listened to the bad reviews because this was the worst experience ever, I am in shock of what I went through and what a rip off they are. I am writing this and I am shaking in anger right now. Today I went in with a coupon that states I can receive an exam, x-ray, and cleaning for $59.00. I walked in, they sat me down and told me what I needed to do and what was wrong with my teeth. After they explained to me that I need an $1,100 deep cleaning, they asked me if I wanted to go ahead with the deep cleaning and I said no because it was not in my budget; once I said no, they sent me to the front desk to pay. I DID NOT RECEIVE the cleaning as the coupon promised. I paid $40 to sit down and hear I need to pay $1,100 for a deep cleaning before receiving a normal cleaning. When I told them I had the coupon after my visit and questioned why I couldn't receive a regular cleaning as the flyer promised, the lady didn't look at my face and told me I can only get that deal AFTER paying for a $1,100 cleaning. RIP OFF, FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Stay away from this place. I felt so angry I wanted to call the police because I went in there hoping to receive a regular cleaning for $59 and instead walked out paying $40 for them to just tell me I was not eligible for the $59 cleaning. I paid $40 for absolutely nothing. I went there for the cleaning not the consultation. Last year I brought a similar coupon to another dentist office on Sarno Road, and they did a fabulous job and provided me with the services their coupon promised. Please stay away from this place. I should have listened to the bad reviews. If I could rate this place with 0 stars I would.
That said, the examinations, X-rays and cleaning work I've had done have all been thorough and competent, and although Dr. Gonzalez hasn't yet treated me, she is very pleasant and warm. All of the staff there are extremely pleasant, and very kind (and not inclined to scold me for cursing. My apologies, again!)
The experiences my family has had (5 patients total) have ALL been exceptional. We have been seen for everything from cleanings to bone grafting and every single appointment far exceeded my expectations. The staff is so warm and cheerful and Dr. Jasmine is wonderful! The office is great about detailing what you could expect to pay and all treatment options available. Of course, the quality of care is most important but as a large family - trusting that we will not be surprised or ripped off is right along with it. I hate going to the dentist...but I LOVE MY DENTIST!
this is a great office. They were very caring and take excellent care of my entire family. They are friendly and the team is excellent and very knowledgeable. Love all the new technologies. Currently I am having my invisalign done by Dr Gonzalez.

Firstly, I must apologise to any other patient who heard me swear (twice) and also yelp with pain. I don't normally do so, but apparently I have a really sensitive tooth, and there might also be something about American Novocaine that hurts me a mite more than this European is used to.
