Nick and Cailtin were very responsive, knowledgeable and sensitive.

My mom was cremated there. Their staff drive all the way to Lakeland to pick my mom up when she passes. Then everyone was very compassionet, helpful and knowledgable. I highly recommend the folks I dealt with. Thanks Fountainhead!!

It's my first mothers day holiday without my dear mom. I hope the staff don't throw my mom's flowers and vase away. I am tearing up inside! I drive hours to visit and find that her picture and vase with flowers gone. The staff cleaned up and placed all the non approved items (unless you purchase a $400.00 vase) in a room which was actually an enclosed open yard. Personal items were on the grass along a fence, soaked by rain. Omg, my heart sank! We found my mom picture in the building where she rests but the vase with her favorite flowers gone. I suppose someone took them. Please enjoy them. On returning home, I cried while driving for hours. This makes my mother's day weekend all the more torture. I can't change her resting place nor leave small token of my love for her, but maybe I can change that for the surviving widower. There ought to be some personal choices other than the one vase, and only theirs that can be used. After all, I already know that this would not be an acceptable expression of our love, my mom would not be pleased at such waste.

I love our family estate...EXCEPT WHEN IT FLOODS!!!! Which is everytime its rains. If you are buying here......check it out very carefully .. don't trust a saleperson they will not tell you anything about flooding. Which is all over, the whole cementry is in a low lying area and does not drain water. Don't beleive me , visit FOUNTHEAD (off Babcock Rd in Palm Bay FL) after it rains They need to install some kind of drainage system. The water sits for days. not just little puddles we are talking whole areas. And now they are tryng to sell an estate next to ours that's not suppose to be there. OH MY GOD HELP US that's going to be hell.

If you feel like dealing with used car salesmen while your loved is dying I highly suggest using Fountainhead Memorial Park. Their commission is very important to them. Your loss of your loved one will be treated by your 'sales person' as an opportunity to maximize their commission with no regard for your emotional state or best interest.

They can't get dead people's names off their call center list. Geee!

UPDATE: This funeral home is still aggressively selling in . Their call center, twice a year, contacts me asking to speak to my deceased loved one...five years on. I just got a call from them Tuesday, Mar. 5, 2015 asking to speak to a person cremated by them and interned in their gardens.
