I love this place. Been going for a few months and they are so friendly!! Make you feel like family!!! Now, I thought I'd try out their sister hall in Port St Lucie, that was a huge disappointment, they are polar opposite. Their manager, Dottie, was so rude! I have never been treated so rudely before! So, if you kind, no e and friendly with lots of fun, Hurricane is wonderful, just never go to Madness!!!
Love going to play bingo here. The volunteers are fun and actually have amazing customer service and the games are fun too
Do not trust them. They had a fast money board up and at the last minute changed it to go from 1 winner to 4 winner. Instead of pulling the tab...they drew 4 names...but they didn't draw the names in front of us. The person who would have won on the pull tab number was screwed...she didn't win anything. She looked upset when the owner told her that she would have won on the pull tab. Why promote it one way and then change it? It was very fishy.
Fun place but I always leave reeking of cigarettes even though I sit in the non-smoking part. Nice people helping out.
