I've been going to Kim for years, she always cuts my hair exactly the way I want. She very experienced and congenial.
Kim is great. Didnt know about her till someone told me about her. I like her and only go to her shop now.
This was my first time here and I had an appointment with Sonia for a cut and color. I was very disappointed. She double booked so I had to wait 20 mins. We picked a color and it did not come out how it was supposed to at all (I wanted golden brown and it came out copper reddish brown) She realized the color was not right and said she can do some highlights to correct it, free of charge. So she did them and it looked better. She gave me a post it with my charges, $18 for the hair cut and $95 for the color! $113 total! What?! I was flabbergasted. I said the color did not come out right and I was not expecting to pay over $100 and asked if she charged me for the highlights and she claims she didn't. Not to mention because of her error I was there for almost 3 hours. She deducted the price of the hair cut and chargerd me $90 for color instead of the $95, gee thanks. I was in such shock that I just ended up paying the $90 which is still ridiculous in my opinion for a cut and color. I will never go back here again!
The best hair dresser ever. I won't change her for nobody else and I had tried too many, nobody like Kim. My hair looks so beautiful and healthy.
Not sure what happened with the previous reviewer, but I've been going to Kim's for nearly six years now and never once had a problem. I wouldn't even let anyone touch my hair but Kim. She has cut and styled it, and colored and highlighted it - and not once has there been a problem. She is truly an excellent stylist and her prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend her!!
